Due to weak demand for the CS4 suite of products Adobe is cutting 600 employees or 8% of its workforce.
There’s never a good time to have to cut, but this is an especially bad time to have to lose one’s job. I hate this kind of news.

Adobe has released a “release candidate” version of Adobe Camera Raw. 4.6. This update includes support for the new Nikon D90, so I imagine lots of folks will be snapping this up, but as a release candidate, proceed with caution…

Camera Raw 4.5 and DNG convereter is available for download at Adobe Labs. This is a release candidate folks, but adds:
This release includes new camera support for the Olympus E 420 and E 520 camera models.
