Sigma Releases Firmware Update For DP2: Version 1.02

Sigma has released a firmware update for the DP2. Version 1.02 addresses the following:

• The accuracy of the Auto Focus has been improved.
• The magnification display function can be selected by just pressing the OK button when in Manual Focus mode.

You can get the updated firmware at Sigma’s website here.

I think this may be the second update this month addressing AF. I haven’t noticed any issues with the 1.01 firmware, but have yet to really explore low-light performance. Interesting.
