Sigma 150mm f/2.8 EX DG HSM Macro Review at Let’s Go Digital
Suitable for crop and full frame applications, the Sigma 150mm f/2.8 EX DG HSM Macro provides mid tele, portrait, and macro capabilities, all in one lens. Let’s Go Digital has reviewed the Sigma 150mm f/2.8 EX DG HSM Macro and found it to be a rather nice lens, pairing it with a Canon EOS 5D Mark II in their tests. On sharpness:
When editing the files, I noticed having to sharpen the files less than usual. The quality of the final print will certainly benefit from this. For a macro lens it is extremely important that intentional blur, for example a fore- or background is rendered with a nice and appropriate haze. Also in this area, the Sigma 150mm f/2.8 scores really well.
