Rumor:Nikon DSLR (D40/D60 Replacement?) Coming April 14?

Usually these type of announcements mean new products, and speculation on a Nikon D40 or D60 replacement has been bubbling for awhile. In addition, I’d expect to see that new wide angle DX lens (Nikkor 10-24mm  1:3.5-4.5 G ED)  introduced officially as well.

On the DSLR side, a D40/D60 replacement would likely borrow heavily from a Nikon D90 adding yet another 12 megapixel camera to the lineup.

Of course anything postulated/released/rumored this close to April 1st has to be taken with a serious grain of salt
