Rumor: Canon 1D Mark IV on October 20
Now that Nikon has unveiled the D3s, are we far off from seeing a Canon 1D Mark IV. Well, no, if a series of rumors that line up with a date of October 20th are to be believed. What are we expecting to see? The rumors point to a camera that will have an APS-H (1.3x Crop) sensor, and feature roof raising ISO levels, likely in the neighborhood of the D3s’ 102,400. No word on framerate, but we’re guessing based on the 7D that it will be blistering. Oh, and I’d say HD video is a given.
