Olympus E-620 Review at DPR: “Best Four Thirds DSLR Yet” Rumor: Canon “G” Series Camera with APS-C Sized Sensor Coming?

Dishing the Pentax K-7

One of the earliest sources of information on the Pentax K-7, and a very excited informant at that, has made a 180 degree turn, and is now thoroughly unsatisfied with not just the K-7 but Pentax as well. Citing unimproved image quality (vs. the K20D) and a whole host of other reasons, “RiceHigh” says their’s “no more hope with Pentax”. Now I know that sounds bad, and you should investigate his reasons, but can we wait for some final reviews of the finalized camera from some major sources first? For the record, I’m still excited about the K-7, I think it’s a very compelling camera no matter how you slice it, but some folks are looking for leaps and bounds which just doesn’t happen all that much (40D vs 50D on image quality, etc…)

Get his article here, keeping in mind he doesn’t have a K-7.
