Canon PowerShot SD780 IS Review: “Editor’s Choice”
The Canon PowerShot SD780 IS features a 12.1 megapixel sensor, 3x zoom, 2.5 inch LCD display, and 720p high definition video, housed in a very, very compact and stealth like package. Of all the recent compacts announced, this one is amongst my favorites, and I love the aesthetics of the little Canon. So I’ve been waiting for Digital Camera Review to finish their preview from a couple of weeks ago. Well, they did finish it and the SD780 IS made out very well:
Streamlined in every sense to fit with the kind of casual, memory-capturing shooting that most of us engage in most of the time, the SD780 is a camera that churns out great pictures without fuss.

Going on to win an “Editor’s Choice” even. Impressive.
It’s a bit expensive to be sure, but likely worth it for the versatility.
Oh, hard to tell by the picture, but this thing is very small.
