Canon EOS 7D vs. Canon EOS 5D Mark II ISO Comparison
For those concerned about the ISO performance of the Canon EOS 7D, Cameratown.com has served up some comparisons of 7D’s ISO samples paired up with Canon EOS 5D Mark II samples. I’m still finding it odd that Canon went with less megapixels to improve ISO on the Powershot S90 and G11, while increasing megapixels on the 7D, but I suppose some credit is due at offering roughly the same ISO performance as the EOS 50D. How does it compare to the 5D Mark II? Well, ISO 1600 on the 5D2 is just amazing, but you can be the judge here.
